On Thursday night, the crew released their debut compilation project, JACKBOYS, featuring music from Cactus Jack Records signees like Sheck Wes, DJ Chase B, Don Toliver, and, of course, La Flame. The effort consists of 7 tracks, including a remix to Scott's chart-topping single "Highest in the Room."

Pop Smoke is also featured on the project. Earlier in the day, he took to IG to tease the collaboration and to say it was coming out at midnight. "YALL KNOW WHO RUN THE CITY," Pop Smoke wrote in the caption of the post. "THAT TRAVIS SCOTT X POP SMOKE DROPPING MIDNIGHT DONT SAY IANT WARN YALL WOO." He wasn't lying.
Rosalía also took to social media to tease her involvement on the project before its drop. "I’m THe HIgheSt In ThE RoOOOoOm HoPE I MaKe It OutTa Here," she wrote on Twitter. The El mal querer artist is, as I'm sure you guessed, featured on the remix to "Highest in the Room." The remix also features Lil Baby while Young Thug is featured on "Out West."
The ASTROWORLD rapper confirmed the project about a month ago, but has been teasing it since October, stating he planned to deliver some new music while he takes his time creating his fourth studio album.
"I’m at the point where I’m just trying to cook up some dope shit and drop 'Highest in the Room,' and maybe put something around it," he told Zane Lowe. "I mean, shit, I’m in no rush frankly but I’m taking my time to come up with the next album. But I’m always down to drop music and serve some packs to the fans. It’s time for the fans to eat."
You can stream JACKBOYS now on Apple Music and Spotify. And if you're interested, Travis is auctioning off the customized Cactus Jack 1988 BMW E30 M3 that's featured on the cover of the project. Head here to learn more.
Scott was reportedly tapped to headline Coachella 2020, along with Frank Ocean and Rage Against the Machine. The Houston artist performed at the annual festival in 2017, but has never served as its headliner.
